Exciting Opportunity for a Director of Studies/Academic Director
English Language Homestays is looking to recruit an experienced Director of Studies for its Brighton Language School. Initially on a part-time basis, the role is full time from June to late August, and then more hours by arrangement until the year end. Junior Summer School continues to Boom
English Language Homestays is pleased to say that despite the current uncertain economic climate, it's junior English language course programmes have continued to thrive. Commenting in Study Travel Magazine, Jackie Verrall owner of English Language Homestays said that business remained positive with 2011 being their busiest to date and that the 2012 was already 75% full.

Hosts required in Burgess Hill area
With the new Burgess Hill Centre opening in February 2012 English Language Homestays would like to hear from people in the area who would like to become Student hosts. If you have a spare room and would like an income from accommodating short stay students please contact us.
Stages, internships and Work Placements
English Language Homestays has added to its existing portfolio of English Language Courses with the introduction of a Internship and Work Placement programme. NEW Burgess Hill Language Centre to open for 2012
English Language Homestays are delighted to announce that they will be opening a new English Language Centre in February 2012 in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Jackie Verrall comments "The demand for short stay groups around the Brighton area has far exceeded our expectations and we will be opening our new Short Stay area in Burgess Hill in February. This new Centre has excellent links to London and other motorway routes to Portsmouth and Hastings. Fast links also from the busy Dover seaport and Brighton is a mere 10 minutes drive away".
Volunteering in South Africa
English Language Homestays has launched a Volunteering scheme in some of the townships in South Africa. Jackie Verrall comments "it's always hard getting through the red tape but we are sure we can start to send students there from early 2012". Please contact us for further details if you would like to join our Volunteer Scheme in Cape Town to help complete or repair many of the small and informal Townships around there.
Cape Town ELH Centre to Open in Spring 2012
If you want to learn English in a beautiful climate and with stunning countryside then the new English Language Homestay programme should be perfect. ELH have launched two and three week stays in Cape Town to include Whale Watching and seeing the Big Five. Visits include Cape Point; Boulders Bay to see the Penguins and the historic Waterfront at Cape Town. Bookings taken for February 2012 – to include 15 hours of English Lessons.
