A key part of our service are the Local Co-ordinators who are available throughout your stay. Their role is to ensure that everyone is happy within your group and to meet the coach morning and evening.
The Local Co-ordinator will ensure that all of the students have arrived safely in the morning at the coach and that the host families are there again in the evening to collect them and take them home.
Any little worries or questions about your stay will be dealt with initially by them.
Alex Wu ensures that all co-ordinators are informed of forthcoming groups and meets these groups should any co-ordinator be unavailable. During this time Jackie Verrall, the owner of English Language Homestays, will also visit each centre when it has a group there.
