We have very few terms and conditions but these are the ones we
insist on:
- Fill in the on line application form,. We will then contact
you by return
- When we have confirmed availability we will then require your
deposit. This is 10% of the total cost. Confirmation of the
deposit will be sent to you once we receive your completed application
form.
- As soon as we receive your deposit (sent to our Bank) we will
process your application and liaise with you regarding transfers
and the type of requirements you want on your stay.
The balance is required six weeks before your arrival
date. Should you book less than six weeks before arrival, then we
shall require the total amount at the time of booking.
Should you need to cancel, we operate the following
policy:
- Prior to six week period - Deposit forfeit
- After six week period - fees in full are forfeit
We strongly recommend you take out your own Sickness and Travel
Liability Insurance as ELH can not be held responsible for any travel
delays or cancellation of stay due to illness or unforeseen circumstances
